摘    要:以硝酸和高锰酸钾为氧化剂,甲酸为插入剂,制备了无硫可膨胀石墨。制备的适宜条件为石墨:硝酸(65%):高锰酸钾:甲酸(88%)=5g:14mL:1g:10mL。探讨了氧化剂用量、氧化时间、插入剂插入方式、用量、时间等因素对膨胀体积的影响。

Abstract:Sulfur-free expandable graphite was synthesized using the nitric acid and potassium permanganate as the oxidizing agent, and formic acid as the inserting reagent. The optimum conditions for preparation were: graphite: nitric acid(65%): potassium permanganate:formic acid=5 g:14 mL: 1 g: 10 mL. The factors affecting the expanded volume were discussed, such as the quantities of oxidant, reacting time, and the quantities of inserting reagent, inserting time, and the inserting means of inserting reagent.
