广西城乡基础教育比较分析

通过对教育统计数据和教育案例的比较分析,较为系统地阐述了当前广西城乡基础教育存在的差距,主要是城乡间教育投入还不尽合理、城乡学校办学条件差距明显、城乡师资的配置不协调和城乡教师的学历职称不均衡。在此基础上提出加大对基础教育的财政投入,重点向农村倾斜;城乡协调发展,侧重改善农村办学条件;加大教师的培养,优先满足农村需求;加强农村教师理论技能的培训,提高学历职称等措施,为缩小广西城乡基础教育差距提供了一些路径参考。

Comparative Analysis Between Urban and Rural Basic Education in Guangxi

Based on the statistical data of education and education case study, this paper systematically analyzes the current Guangxi urban and rural basle education gap. The causes are as follows： the urban and the rural education investment is not reasonable; there is an apparent gap between the urban and rural school running conditions; the urban and rural faculty configuration is not harmonious, urban and rural teachers＇educational background and professional title are unbalanced. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes the increase in basic education fi- nancial investment, especially in rural education, the coordinated development of urban and rural education, focu- sing on bettering the rural school running conditions, strengthening teacher training to meet the need of rural areas as well as reinforcing rural teachers＇theoretical skill training and elevating teachers＇degrees and professional titles so as to narrow the gap of Guangxi urban and rural basic education provides some reference.
