同异反网络计划的工期预测方法

摘    要:同异反网络计划方法是一种有别于传统但更加符合工程实际的新型网络计划方法,它能描述网络计划中工序变量因随机、模糊,不确知以及突发性所引起的综合不确定性。在推广同异反联系数概念和给出主关键路线、次关键路线、再次关键路线的基础上,提出了同异反网络计划的工期预测方法,为同异反网络计划的应用提供了切实可行的预测技术。

Abstract:The IDC (Identical Discrepancy Contrary) network planning method is different from the traditional one, which can express the time uncertainty and time delay caused by random, fuzzy, indeterminate-known factors and unexpected incident for a working procedure in a project. After giving out the general definition of primary critical paths, secondary critical paths and third critical paths in the IDC network planning, this paper presents some forecasting and controlling methods of the time limit for a project and provides a applicable technique for the application of IDC network planning technique in real projects.
