| 摘 要： | 近年来,大型设备不断上马,均存在不同程度的振动现象,进而对其主体及基础稳定性造成影响,需要检测其振动参数,看其是否对基础造成破坏。本文以某铜业富氧侧吹熔炼炉为例子,对其炉体及基础进行检测,根据检测结果进行加固处理,为今后设备振动的加固工程提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | In recent years,varying degrees of vibration of used large-scale equipment has affected the stability of its main body and foundation and destruction of the foundation is identified by detecting the vibration parameters.In this paper,taking an oxygen-rich side-blown copper melting furnace as an example,the vibration of its main body and foundation are tested,and they are strengthened according to the test results,which provides reference for strengthening works for vibration of equipment. |
