摘    要:在可靠性理论研究与应用工作中,需要计算产品平均寿命。而产品的平均寿命与产品的失效分布类型以及分布的参数密切相关。但在实际工作中,产品的失效分布类型及其参数值常常是难以准确确定地计算出产品的平均寿命的数值。针对此问题本文首次联合利用中位秩及最小二乘法给出了估计威布尔分布参数的一种新方法,给出了平均寿命置信限的估计,并结合实际试验数据进行了计算。

Abstract:In the theory research and application work of the reliability, we wish to find the accurate calculating formula about the mean time to failure of the products easily. But the mean time to fail- ure of the products is determined by their failure distribution. In the actual works, the failure distri- bution of the products can not be determined easily. So we can hardly calculate the mean time to failure of the products accurately. In this paper, a new approach is developed to estimate the Weibull distribution' s parameters by using the Median rank and the least-squares method for the first time. The estimation of the confidence limits of the mean time to failure is given. A actual test data is computed by using the proposed method.
