索道桥耐荷分析与试验

摘    要:为了分析索道桥的耐荷性能,提出了该类桥梁结构在车辆荷载作用下的垂度及索力的分析方法。基于挠度理论,以索的无应力长度相等作为平衡条件,考虑温度的影响,给出了活载作用于跨中及四分点时索桥垂度的计算公式。对某实桥进行了荷载试验,将其理论分析结果、有限元仿真分析结果及实测结果进行对比分析,结果表明:仿真分析值与实测值误差在1%以内,理论分析计算值与实测值误差在2%以内。由此可见,该理论方法能准确地评定既有索道桥的承载能力,也可供同类桥梁结构设计参考。

Abstract:To analy ze the load-car rying capacity of ro pe w ay br idge, the sag calculat ion metho d and it s co rresponding cable force under live load w ere put fo rw ard. Based on the def lect ion theor y, and the temperature ef fect , the sag calculat ion formula of the r ope w ay br idge w as analy zed w hen the v ehicle lo ad w as imposed o n the mid-span and quarter-span taking equivalent non-st ress length as the condition. A field test w as carried o ut , w hose r esul ts w er e compared to the simulated analysis result s and the presented theoret ical result s. T he errors betw een the analysis resul ts and the test result s w ere not mor e than 1% , and the erro rs between the theoret ical result s and the test resul ts w er e not mo re than 2% . It demonst rates that the presented method can exact ly evaluate the load-carrying capability of the existing ro pe way bridge, and can also give reference to the desig n of similar bridg es
