摘    要:采用PA6短纤维在较低掺量情况下对水泥基材料力学性能及耐久性进行了研究 ,并与Nycon纤维进行对比。结果表明PA6短纤维可明显提高水泥基材料的抗冲击性能和抗冻融性能 ,对水泥基材料其他性能没有影响 ,PA6短纤维在水泥基材料中可免受大气老化影响 ,其综合性能达到国外同类产品水平

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanical properties and durability of cement matrix material with low content of PA6 fiber were investigated. The results showed that when 0.05% -0.15% fiber volume fraction of PA6 fiber was added into cement concrete, the compressive strength,the flexural strength and the splitting tensile strength of the fiber concrete were not affected harmfully, the impacting strength of the fiber paste could increase greatly and the anti-frost property of the fiber concrete could be improved. From the result of the aging test,it could be found that the property of the PA6 fiber in cement matrix was not affected by the aging environment.
