| 摘 要： | 目的 对声门上型喉癌N_(0～2)颈部淋巴结的治疗方法进行讨论。方法 对64例声门上型喉癌颈部淋巴结N_(0～2)行改良性颈清术与改良性颈清术加放疗两种治疗方法进行分析。结果 64例声门上型喉癌中,改良性颈清术32例38侧,改良性颈清术加术后放疗32例34侧,N_0N_132例34侧,N_232例38侧。3a总生存率64.06％,5a总生存率57.81％。结论 对N_0N_1病例,改良性颈清术与改良性颈清术加放疗一样有效(P>0.05),对于N_2病例,改良性颈清术加放疗明显好于单纯改良性颈清术(P<0.05)。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment method of N0-2 supraglottic cancer. Methods 64 patients with N0-2 supraglottic cancer were treated by functional neck dissection and functional neck dissection add radiotherapy. Results Functional neck dissection add radiotherapy was 38 sides of 32 patients. It was 34 sides of 32 patients for N0-2, N0N1, was 34 sides of 32 patients, N2 was 38 sides of 32 patients. Total survival rate for three years was 64. 06 % . Survival rate for 5 year was 57.81 % . Conclusion Functional neck dissection is as safe as functional neck dissection add radiotherapy in the treatment for N0-2 patient with supraglottic cancer. But functional neck dissection add radiotherapy is better than functional neck dissection for N0-2 patient. |
