摘    要:为了研究不同的夹板约束对玻璃板在压弯组合作用(面外受弯和面内承压)的加载全过程中应力和位移的发展,以及压弯组合的作用机理,以试验为基础,结合有限元方法,给出了荷载位移和最大主应力荷载的全过程曲线以及面外极限荷载和面内极限剪力;通过试验数据验证了有限元方法的有效性;求得了各类荷载下应力的控制点。研究表明,夹板约束玻璃板在加载的全过程中,小变形条件下其位移和应力都随着荷载的增长而线性增长,表现出明显的脆性破坏的特征;在压弯组合作用下,两者的作用效应是独立的,它的破坏状态可以用极限面外荷载和极限面面内剪力关系图中围成的矩形区域来判断。

Abstract:Glass panels restrained by different types of overlapped connectors are investigated to understand the behavior of stress and displacement under the combination of shear and moment actions.Based on the experimental tests and FEM analysis,the load-displacement and maximal stress-load curves are suggested for ultimate out-of-plane load and ultimate in-plane shear.The validity of FEM by experiments is verified.It is concluded that the development of displacement and stress is linear with load and significant characteristic of brittle failure is exhibited.Furthermore,in-plane load and out-of-plane shear take independent effects when acting on glass panel together.The failure criterion can be judged by the rectangle region in the graph of the relation between ultimate out-of-plane load and ultimate in-plane shear.
