| 摘 要： | 行政管理科学化是我国行政管理改革的目标之一,要提高行政管理科学化的水平,管理者必须培养科学管理的理念,掌握科学管理的方式、方法。本文在介绍泰罗科学管理原理的基础之上,分析科学管理的理念、方式、方法在我国行政管理中的应用,以期为提高我国行政管理科学化水平提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | To realize scientific administration is one of our administrational reformation's goals.It is necessary for managers to train their scientific idea and master scientific method in the course of improving the level of scientific administration.In this paper,we introduce Taylor's theory firstly,and analyse the application of its scientific principals in our administration in order to realize scientific administration. |
