我国地下工程防水技术发展述评

50年来,我国地下工程防水技术随着不同时期各类地下工程建设的发展,取得了令人瞩目的进步。防水设计从总体上肯定了遵循“防、排、截、堵,刚柔结合,因地制宜,综合治理”和坚持“多道设防、多种材料复合使用”的原则。建议在今后工作中应注意以下几点:促进优质防水材料推广应用的比重;推行工程质量保证期制度;提高工程渗漏维修技术水平等。

Withi n the past fi ve decades , waterproofi ng techni que forunder -works of our country has made re markable progress with the devel-opment of vari ous type of under -works i n different peri od .The desi gns ofwaterproofi ng works has proved the correctness of the pri nci ples of co mpre-hensi vely consi deri ng multi -measures of protecti on ,drai ni ng out , blocki ngand caulki ng ;the co mbi nati on of ri gi d and flexi ble waterproofer ;suitablemeasures for parti cular projects ;co mprehensi ve treat ment and multi -courseand vari ety of materi als used as well . Anumber of vi e wpoi nts are proposed :to pro mote the uses of good quality waterproofers ;to i mple ment the rule ofdefecti ve li ability peri od ;to i mprove techni cal skills of seepage mai nte-nance,etc.
