超长混凝土结构的无缝设计与施工

摘    要:利用膨胀混凝土在结构中产生一定的预压应力来抵抗混凝土收缩变形产生的拉应力,从而防止或减小超长混凝土结构在施工阶段,由于温度的变化产生较大的温度应力引起的收缩裂缝,通过合理布置膨胀加强带以取代后浇带,从而达到连续浇筑的目的。结合具体工程,介绍了超长混凝土的无缝设计与施工的具体应用。

Abstract:Super-length concrete structure would be acted by large temperature stress in the varied temperature during construction.The stress could cause contracting cracks.To prevent or reduce contracting cracks of concrete plate,prestress produced by expansive concrete in structure is used to resist tensile stress in structure by concrete contraction.Concrete plate can be casted continually due to setting up expansive reinforce concrete tape instead of later-cast concrete tape.In this paper,a practical engineering is analyzed according to this theory.
