智能高效率电焊机的设计与研究

摘    要:介绍了智能高效率电焊机的设计过程.结合电力电子技术和控制技术发展的实际情况,设计出的智能高效率电焊机具有节约能源、焊接性能好、频率响应快、动特性好和工作效率高等方面的优点.详细介绍了该电焊机的各组成部分(直流稳压电源、AT89C52控制电路、检测电路、控制信号驱动电路、参量控制电路、IGBT弧焊机)的工作原理及电路的设计情况.
