| Abstract: | After the cold war,Japan strengthened its relations with Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN).The reason why Japan attached importance to the relations is that the realization of integrated ASEAN influenced the structure change in Asia-Pacific region to an extent;ASEAN's diplomacy of "Balance of Big Powers" contributes to the maintenance of the safety in Asia-Pacific region while offering a platform for Japan to realize its aim to become a big political power. |
