循环球式液压助力转向系统分析

摘    要:首先针对广泛采用的循环球式液压助力转向系统建立了数学模型,并提出了液压助力作用在螺杆上的等效作用力矩的概念,以此为工具,对转向系统的刚度和装有此种转向系统的汽车的转向灵敏性进行了分析,然后,讨论了几个重要的评价参数随着转向控制阀的压力增益而变化的趋势,得出转向控制阀的压力增益的重要性,使设计者能够定量地分析装有此种转向系统的汽车性能,从而有利于设计工作。

Abstract:A widely used hydraulic power assisted recirculating ball steering system is modeled mathematically, and then the concept of equivalent torque of hydraulic assisted pressure acting on the worm is developed .Using these as tools ,we analyze the rigidity of this steering system as well as the steering sensitivity of automobiles equipped with such a steering system.Then a few important evaluation parameters are discussed about their changing trend against the pressure gain of steering control valve, so the importance of the pressure gain is displayed. These can enable designers to conduct a quantitative analysis of the performances of automobiles with such a steering system and also help the design work.
