苦楝的提取及其抑菌活性研究

摘    要:采用超声波技术提取苦楝的有效成分;琼脂稀释法测得苦楝对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),分别为30mg/mL,7.5mg/mL,7.5mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为30mg/mL,15mg/mL,15mg/mL;用抑菌圈和抑菌百分率分别对不同浓度的苦楝对受试菌的抑制作用进行了比较。结果表明苦楝是一种理想的抑菌剂。

Abstract:The effective composition was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction from Melia azadarach.L. seed.In order to investigate the bacteriostatic activity of azadarach against Escherichia coil,staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis,the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC),minimum bactericidal concentrations(MBC)of azadarach were determined by agar dilution method:MIC were 30mg/mL,7.5mg/mL and 7.5mg/mL respectively;MBC were 30mg/mL,15mg/mL and 15mg/mL respectively.Bacteriostatic activities of different azadarach concentration were compared by slip bacteriostatic circle and the bacteriostatic percentage.The result indicates that melia azadarach.L.is a kind of ideal restraining fungus pharmaceutical.
