摘    要:应用大型通用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对ZrO2粉体压制复杂块体成型过程中的相对密度及应力、应变的变化进行了数值模拟。分析了成型过程参数对模型质量的影响。在此基础上分析出现质量缺陷的原因,提出改进措施。为粉体压制复杂块体提供理论基础。

Abstract:With finite element software MSC.Marc,numeric simulation of relative density,stress and strain variation in the process of complicated block forming compressed by ZrO2 powder is made.Analysis of forming parameters' effect on the quality of the model is made,on the basis of which the factors that make quality deficiency are identified,improvement measures are offered,thus providing theoretical base for complicated block compressed by powder.
