基于RS与GIS对清徐经济开发区的土地利用监测与评价术

通过基于RS和GIS的土地利用监测对山西清徐经济开发区不同时期土地利用变化进行了研究，完成了土地利用监测结果的初步评价。研究表明：RS与GIS相结合的新技术应用为开发区土地利用监测提供了及时高效的解决方案。通过对遥感影像及土地监测对照图的分析，揭示了山西清徐经济开发区土地利用方式主要是由农村居民点向其他独立建设用地的转变，将开发区土地利用逐步推向节约集约用地的方向。在用地调整布局上，经济利益与区位、交通优势作为驱动土地转变的主要动力决定了建设用地拓展的区域和方向。经济效益分析显示，开发区2005-2010年年均创造经济效益占全县GDP的30．28％，为清徐经济的稳步增长提供了强大推动力。

Study on Land-use Monitoring and Evaluation of Qingxu Economic Development Zone by RS and GIS

Through the land-use monitoring based on RS and GIS, this paper studies the land-use changes of Qingxu Economic Development Zone of Shanxi Province in different periods, and completes the preliminary evaluation on the land- use monitoring results. The study shows that the application of the new technology of combining RS and GIS provides a timely and efficient solution for the land-use monitoring of Qingxu Economic Development Zone. And through the analysis on the remote sensing image and land monitoring control chart, this paper reveals that the land-use type of Qingxu Economic Development Zone is mainly the transformation from the rural residential areas to other independent construction land, and the land-use of Qingxu Economic Development Zone will be gradually pushed to the economical and intensive direction, and on the land adjustment and layout, the economic benefits,location-based advantage and transportation advantage, being as the main powers of land-use changes, determine the expanding area and direction of construction land. The economic benefit analysis shows that the average economic benefits of Qingxu Economic Development Zone in the period of 2005-2010 accounts for 30.28% of Qingxu County＇s GDP, which provides a powerful driving force for steady economic growth of Qingxu County.
