| 摘 要： | 产学研有效合作的基础是合作方通过耦合互动形成相互依赖和相互作用的关系。耦合互动强度、耦合互动时间、情感性耦合互动行为和任务性耦合互动行为对创新绩效有显著影响。基于耦合互动视角,提升产学研合作组织的创新绩效可以通过建设结合机制、完善运行机制和增强文化的整合等途径来实现。

| Abstract: | The interdependency and interaction between university-industry collaboration institutions is the foundation for an effective collaboration.The intensity,time,the affection-based behavior and the task-based behavior of the coupling interaction are the four factors contributing to the innovation performance.And the innovation performance could be improved through construction of combination mechanism,promotion of operation mechanism and enhancement of cultural integration. |
