| 摘 要： | 本文采用正交试验的方法对泡沫铝合金的制做原理及渗流铸造工艺进行了探讨。认为多孔体的制椒是获得良好的泡状组织的基础；模具与多孔体的预热温度和浇属液的浇注温度是保证海绵铝质量的关键。

| Abstract: | The article makes an approach to the manufacturing principe of foam Al-alloys and the transfusion casting techology through orthogonal experiment.The article also points out thatmanufacturing porous matter is the basis of obtaining good foamy tissue.The preheatingten1perature of model and porous matter,pouring temperature of metal liquid are the keys tothe quality of sponge aluminium. |
