| 摘 要： | 针对某厂进行计算机控制系统更新改造后出现的一种故障现象,分析了PLC系统输出电路的工作原理并进行了理论上的分析计算,从而得出了PLC和执行元件配合不良导致此类故障的结论,在此基础上提出了类似故障的解决办法,在实际生产中避免了重大损失.

| Abstract: | Aiming at an accident in the new computer control system,the working principle of the output circle is analyzed and the theoretical calculation is carried on.The conclusion is that unsuitable coordination between PLC and executing element causes the accident.On the foundation,the solving method is put forward and the great harm is prevented. |
