共沉淀过程酸碱性条件对BaTiO_3超细粉料性能的影响

摘    要:设计并比较了在酸碱性不同的两种共沉淀工艺条件下制备超细BaTiO3粉料其性能的差异,借助化学分析,XRD分析,SEM分析,TG-DTA分析以及原子发射光谱分析等测试手段,分别从粉料组成、纯度、细度、分散状况等方面进行比较,指出酸工艺条件下获得的超细粉料的性能优于碱性共沉淀工艺

Abstract:In this paper, two different homogeneous precipitation processes under acidity and basicity conditions are designed and compared. With the aid of various means of analysis , including chemical analysis of XRD, SEM, TG-DTA and atom emission spectrum etc, comparisions in the following aspects have been done, such as the composition, purity, degree of fineness and state of dispersion for BaTiO 3 power. It is shown that properties of BaTiO 3 ultrafine powder by acidity technology are superior to those by basicity technology.
