| 摘 要： | 目的 分析磁共振脊髓水成像MRM对椎管内蛛网膜囊肿的诊断价值.方法 搜集椎管内蛛网膜囊肿40例,其中男25例,女15例,行横断、冠状及矢状面MR SE序列扫描,8例加做Gd-DTPA增强扫描.结果 囊肿T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,囊液信号与脑脊液信号一致.40例定位、定性诊断全部正确.结论 椎管内蛛网膜囊肿的MRM表现较具特征性,可对其作出正确诊断,并指导手术.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze MRI features of spinal arachnoid cysts and to evaluate MRI in its diagnosis.Methods 40 patients(25 males and 15 females) with pathologically proved spinal arachnoid cysts were enrolled in this study.Axial,coronal and sagital plain MR scanning was performed in all patients,additional enhanced scanning was carried out in 8 cases.Results The cysts were characterized with low signal on T1WI and high signal on T2WI,being in accord with CSF signal.Correct diagnosis,both level and qualitative was obtained in all cases.Conclusion Spinal arachnoid cysts have certain characteristics on MRM.MRM is helpful for its diagnosis and management. |
