缩口型压型钢板-混凝土组合板弯曲刚度试验研究

摘    要:研究缩口型压型钢板-混凝土组合板的刚度和变形计算方法,对8块缩口型压型钢板-混凝土组合板和6块缩口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板进行了静力性能试验研究,结合试验研究结果对组合板弯曲刚度计算方法进行了比较研究,提出了适用的缩口型压型钢板-混凝土组合板刚度计算方法.

Abstract:Experiments of 8 composite slabs with closed profiled steel sheeting as well as 6 composite slabs with light weight concrete and closed profiled steel sheeting were conducted.Two key factors of varied forms of studs on the end of the composite slabs and different shear span ratio were considered.Based on the experimental results,three calculation methods of rigidity of the composite were studied,and the mid-spandeflections of the compositeslab, specimens calculated by these three calculation methods were compared with the test results.Finally the rigidity calculation method on the basis of reinforced concrete flexure members was recommended,which was proved be more accarate on calculating the composite slabs with closed profiled steel sheeting than the equivalent section methods.
