基于ANSYS的大型车转台的模态分析

摘    要:针对舞台机械中大型车转台在动载工况时可能出现振动剧烈、工作可靠性降低的特点,利用ANSYS软件建立大型车转台的有限元模型,对车转台的钢架结构进行了有预应力的模态分析,得出车转台结构的固有频率和各阶振型,找到结构中的危险区域,为车转台结构改进和优化设计提供依据.

Abstract:When the large revoling stage on wagon works under the dynamic load operation,the revoling stage on wagon may supports vibration loads and reliability is lower,based on ANSYS FEM of the revoling stage on wagon is build,the pre-stressed modal analysis is done. The revoling stage on wagon natural frequency and vibration model are obtained and critical vibration areas are found and basis is provided for improving revoling stage on wagon structure.
