摘    要:用四阶导数光谱法同时测定污水中的酚类和芳胺类的新方法,这种方法不需要蒸馏、萃取、显色等繁杂过程,只需在pH为2.5的盐酸介质中进行.两者互不干扰测定.实验证明,石油类、悬浮物、硫化物等均不干扰测定.本法对酚类和芳胺类测定的线性范围宽、检出限量低、回收率好,并有操作简便、省时省力、选择性好等特点.污水样品中酚类测定的结果与4—AAP法的测定结果一致,芳胺类的测定结果与萘乙二胺偶氮比色法的测定结果基本吻合.本方法尤其适用于油矿区污水的测定.

Abstract:This paper deals with a new method for the determination of phenols and anilines in the sewage by UV-forth derivative spectrophotometry in a hydrochloric acid medium of pH 2. 5 without pre-distillation. extraction and colour-developing. Phenols and anilines can be determined simultaneously without interfering with each other. The procedure is simple, time-saving and also highly selective. The experimental results show that the co-existing oil, suspended solids and sulfide do not interfere with the determination. The coefficient of recovery is satisfactory. The linear range is wide and the detection limit is low. The determination results of phenols in the sewage coincide with those by the 4-AAP method. The results of anilines quite agree with those of the naphthalene ethylenediamine azo method. This method is most suitable for the sewage of oil fields.
