| 摘 要： | 本文在二次旋转设计的正交化和通用性的基础上,给出一种变换,构造了正交的三次旋转设计,简化了计算与统计分析,有利于实际工作者的应用;本文还给出常用的二元三次旋转设计在中心点的重复试验次数的最佳选取方法,使得预测值的方差在单位圆内的变化幅度达到最小。

| Abstract: | In this paper using a bransformation a third order design that is both orthogonal and rotatable is obtained,and using a formula such a two variables third order rotatable design can be obtained,in which the variance of predictor is almost invariant within unit circle. |
