光纤激光打标机对钢箔进行微孔加工

摘    要:光纤激光器光束质量好、转换效率高、结构紧凑、稳定可靠,在激光加工领域得到广泛应用。通过激光打标机打孔实验发现,打孔孔径的大小与激光束扫描的轨迹圆大小有关,打孔质量也与轨迹圆有关。对此作了分析,并提出了改进打孔质量的方法。

Abstract:Fiber laser as a novel laser has been developed rapidly in recent twenty years.It has good beam quality,high efficiency,compact structure,high stability and reliability.It has been widely used in the field of laser processing.In this paper,a fiber laser marker was used to microdrill on steel foils.The relationship between the diameter of scanning circle and the hole size as well as the drilling quality was discussed,and the way to improve drilling quality was proposed.
