O-SEPA选粉机内部流场数值模拟的方法选择

摘    要:O-SEPA选粉机的内部结构复杂,相对于传统试验方法,模拟仿真可以反映出其内部流场的情况。基于CFD理论使用有限体积CFD分析软件Fluent 6.3对O-SEPA1000选粉机内部三维流场进行数值模拟是比较经济可行的一种方法。在数值模拟过程中,其选择方法尤为重要,直接关系到数值模拟是否成功,结果是否足够精确。经过试验验证,文中讨论的方法比较准确地反映了选粉机内部流场的各种特性。
