小学教育专业学生技能学习动力不足问题探析

摘    要:作为大学本科教育,以培养高学历、高素质小学教师为基本使命的小学教育专业,在人才培养实践中遭遇学生技能学习动力不足的严重困境。丰富学生实践体验,在实践中激发技能学习内驱力,实行“项目化”训练和“认证式”考核,在管理机制中形成技能学习外推力,是研究解决技能学习动力不足问题的有效策略。

Abstract:As regular college programme,the major in training elementary school teachers aims at training elementary school teachers with high academic credentials and qualities,but it has met with a serious predicament that college students have weak motivation in their learning professional skills.The paper proposes that we should enrich college students' practical experiences,motivate their learning professional skills,carry out skill training through programmes and check-ups by certifications and arouse impetus in professional skills learning by administrative regulations.These are effective methods.
