Exploring the Problems with the Weak Motivation of the College Students Who Will be Elementary School Teachers in Their Learning Professional Skills

As regular college programme,the major in training elementary school teachers aims at training elementary school teachers with high academic credentials and qualities,but it has met with a serious predicament that college students have weak motivation in their learning professional skills.The paper proposes that we should enrich college students' practical experiences,motivate their learning professional skills,carry out skill training through programmes and check-ups by certifications and arouse impetus in professional skills learning by administrative regulations.These are effective methods.
