大学生评定体育教师教学指标体系的研究

当前素质教育背景下,以学生为中心的教学指导思想,使得学生对教师教学的评定显得尤为重要。因而,对大学生评定教师教学指标体系方面的研究,就更有理论价值和实践价值,而体育教育作为大学生全面发展不可缺少的一部分,使得对其指标体系的研究成为必要。本研究在借鉴国内外有关研究的基础上,结合初步访谈,设计了《大学生对体育教师教学的评定问卷》,根据调查结果,建构出了大学生评定体育教师教学的指标体系。

Research on the Index System of Evaluation of Physical Teachers

In todays trend of quality education, student - oriented teaching guideline has made the evaluation of teaching quality by students even more important. Thus it is of both theoretical and practical value to conduct research on the index system of teaching evaluation. Physical education as one integrated part of college students'all - around development is also in need of such research. This paper by referring to the relevant studies home and a-broad and preliminary interviews designs Evaluation Questionnaire for the Teaching Quality of Physical Teacher by College Students. Based on the survey, it constructs the index for the teaching evaluation of physical teachers.
