| 摘 要： | 分析了无线局城网中主机(AP)的覆盖范围、有效传输速率和网络容量3个因素之间的关系，研究了无线局城网中AP的优化方法。从建设大规模无线局城网的角度出发，讨论了提高网络容量的几种网络规划技术．如频率重用方式、智能天线技术以及Mesh网络拓扑结构。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors introduce the relations of the three factors which must be firstly considered in the network planning in WLAN. The factors are the coverage of AP, the effective transmission rate, and the network capacity. The authors research into the method of optimizing the number and placement of APs. To construct a large scale WLAN network, the authors introduce several techniques to enlarge the network capacity, such as frequency reuse, smart antenna, and Mesh. |
