| Abstract: | Netword review online is the development trend of scientific journals.It is point out that editors are the main leaders to implement netword review,who should take the initiative to learn and apply the advance IT and network technology,to select the proper way from the available review online ways over their own conditions,and to take practical strategies to guide and to encourage authors and peer reviewers.In this way,scientific journals can achieve peer review online as soon as possible. |
