高等职业教育毕业生就业问题探讨

发展高等职业教育是我国及北京的经济建设和社会发展需要,但存在着毕业生就业困难的问题.社会对高等职业教育理解的欠缺,高职院校办学特色的不突出及学校针对高职学生的就业指导经验不足是高等职业教育毕业生就业问题产生的原因.相应的解决措施:重视关于高等职业教育的宣传工作;高职院校办出高职特色以提高毕业生人才市场竞争力;从低年级开始,以调整高职毕业生期望值为重点,做好高职毕业生就业指导工作.

Researching Into Problem of Employment for Graduate of Higher Vocational Education

It's required to launch the Higher Vocational Education for economy-building and society-developing in China, especially in Beijing, but it is difficult for graduate of the Higher Vocational Education to be employed. The problem is arised from three aspects. Firstly, society is devoid of understanding Higher Vocational Education. Secondly, College or University of the Higher Vocational Education has fewer characteristic teaching. Thirdly, the relative colleges are short of the experience for guiding the graduate employment of the Higher Vocational Education. The solution to this problem is paying more attention to propagandize the Higher Vocational Education, running the characteristic-teaching for increasing the competition of graduate and guiding the employment of underclassman focusing on modifying the anticipation of employment.
