乙酰丙酮铟的制备

摘    要:介绍ITO薄膜重要原料乙酰丙酮铟的制备方法,制备条件:有机多元酸浓度8.2×10-2mol/L,乙酰丙酮0.5mol/L,pH值为9.1,制得的乙酰丙酮铟一次合成产率99.8%,产品纯度99.95%.实验添加有机多元酸与锢络合物作为合成反应的中间体,解决了铟盐水解对合成反应的有害影响.

Abstract:The article points out way manufacturing Indium-methyl-ethyl-diketone which is important raw material of ITO thin film,the controlled condition is as that:organic multi-acid density 8.2×10~(-2)mol/L, methyl-ethyl-diketone 0.5mol/L,pH 9.1.Indium-methyl-ethyl-diketone first synthesizing productivity being 99.8%,production purity being 99.95%.Indium realted with added orgamic polybasie acid to form a complex,which could be used as the medium of the synthetic realtion,elinating the harmful affect of iudium salt hydrolysis on the synthetic realtion.
