| 摘 要： | 介绍了项目评估的定量分析方法,包括静态分析法和动态分析法,着重介绍了当前国际上最为流内部收益率的修正办法,比较了内部收益率IRR和修正内部收益率MIRR的异同,突出了MIRR 的优点,另外还解析了项目类型对于项目评估方法的影响,为各类企业的项目评估提供了可以参考借鉴的经验。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the quantitative analysis approaches used in project evaluation,including both static and dynamic analysis approaches with an emphasis on the most popular approach-modfied internal rate of return.The paper highlights the merits of MIRR approach by making a comparison between IRR and MIRR.The paper also probes into the influences of project type on evaluation approaches,thus providing enterprises of all kinds with guidance,for their reference in evaluating their projects. |
