乌桕种子采收及处理技术研究

乌桕种子采收时期、种子贮藏、预处理对比试验结果表明：果实采集时期应是果实呈暗褐色或黑褐色时，太早采收将影响种子品质；种子采收后可立即采用碱性物质脱蜡后层积催芽，或带皮脂与火烧土等混合层积催芽，也可带皮脂自然风干后装进麻布袋堆放干燥阴凉地方，不宜容器密封或脱皮脂后麻袋中长时间贮藏。乌桕播种前最好进行种子预处理，通过脱皮脂、热水浸泡、TK、GA，等处理，促使尽快发芽，提高发芽率，并使出苗整齐。

A STUDY OF COLLECTION TERM AND TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY ON SAPIUM SEBIFERUM SEEDS

The contrast study was run to test the influences of harvest term, storage technology and pretreatment on Sapium sebiferum seeds. Results indicated that the feasible harvest time for seeds to obtain good quality should not be early than the seeds had showed dark brown or dank black. After harvest, the seeds needed to be dewaxed with alkaline materials and accelerated germination layer upon layer. The accelerating germination process of seeds could be carried out under the condition of sebum- seeds （without dewaxed） mixed with fire soil. After harvest, the sebum -seeds, airdried naturally, were put in gunnies and piled up under the cool and dry shade condition. The airproof vessels were not suitable for the purpose of long term storage of seeds. Also, the dewaxed seeds could not be stocked in gunnies for long term. The pretreatments were run for seeds before seeding, they were dewaxed, hot water bath, TK and GA treatments, respectively. The pretreatments could accelerate seeds to germinate quickly and enhance the germination rates; and increase the trim germination level of seeds.
