摘    要:滚丝轮是一种高效率的螺纹加工刀具,但在被加工的工程中。存在着任意头数很难用分度盘分度的问题。利用螺距挂轮分度的原理。推导出在螺纹磨床任意分度的公式。实践证明。这种方法实用性好,准确率高。

Abstract:The screw rolling gear is a kind of high - efficiency cutter used to process screw thread, however in the course of processing, there is a problem that the arbitrary multiple - head number is difficult to be divided with dividing plate. Based on the principle of dividing with pitch change gear, this paper deduces the formula of arbitrary dividing in screw grinder. And the practice proves that the usability of this method is good and the accuracy of this method is high.
