| 摘 要： | 法人治理结构在民办高校中应用是民办高校自身发展的内在要求，但是，目前我国大多数民办高校的法人治理结构仍然很不规范。从解决目前民办高校面临的问题角度出发，提出几点民办高校构建完善的法人治理结构的对策。

| Abstract: | The application of the corporate governance structure in the non-governmental institutions of higher learning meets the inherent requirements for the development of the non-governmental institutions of higher learning.But the corporate governance structure in most non-governmental institutions of higher learning has much to be normalized.This paper puts forward some countermeasures about perfection of the corporate governance structure in the non-governmental institutions of higher learning. |
