电气专业应用型人才培养体系的创新与实践

摘    要:为了办具有特色的宽口径电气工程教育,根据高等工程教育培养的总体目标,针对湖北师范学院电气工程及其自动化专业的特点以及当前经济建设对人才综合素质的要求, 提出构建以"强化两头优化中间"的宽口径专业课程体系+相对独立的系统性实践教学体系,同时强调贯穿四年"工程实践不断线、计算机应用不断线、外语学习不断线"为框架的应用型人才培养体系, 以培养既掌握扎实的基础理论, 又具备较强的工程实践能力和创新素质的电气应用型人才.
