青蒿琥酯配伍丝裂霉素抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨青蒿琥酯配伍丝裂霉素(MMC)抗肿瘤作用,为临床肿瘤化疗提供用药选择。方法:采用体内试验以荷瘤小鼠实体瘤重、抑瘤率为实验指标评价青蒿素配伍丝裂霉素(MMC)对S180移植性肉瘤的抑制作用;以荷瘤小鼠存活时间为实验指标评价青蒿琥酯配伍丝裂霉素(MMC)对H22移植性腹水癌的抑制作用。结果:青蒿琥酯配伍丝裂霉素(MMC)能明显抑制实体瘤重和延长荷瘤小鼠存活时间。结论:青蒿琥酯配伍丝裂霉素(MMC)具有一定抑制S180、H22诱发的移植性肿瘤作用。

Abstract:To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Artemisinin and MCC in vivo,the inhibition effect of Artemisinin and MCC to S180 cells in vivo was evaluated by the tumor weight of the mice bearing tumor and the tumor inhibition rate.To the H22 cells in vivo it was evaluated by the time how long the mice bearing tumor lived.It is resulted that Artemisinin and MCC had the anticancer activity to the S180 cells and H22 cells of the mice bearing tumor.It is conclused that Artemisinin and MCC have the anticancer effect o...
