机床主轴的模糊可靠性设计

摘    要:针对机床主轴常规设计不考虑设计参数的随机性和模糊性 ,本文将模糊可靠性引入到机床主轴设计中 ,提出将传统刚度校核中的许用变形量用模糊量代替 ,推导了机床主轴模糊可靠度的计算公式 ,且计算实例的结果表明对机床主轴进行模糊可靠性设计更能体现实际情况 ,可靠度的计算更趋合理。

Abstract:Because of the traditional design for the machine tool spindle without considering the random and the fuzzy of design parameters,the fuzzy reliability was taken into the machine tool spindle design.It is put forward that fuzzy ammount can substitute for the ammount of allowed deformation in the adjustment of traditional digidity. The calculation formula of fuzzy reliability has been obtained for the machine tool spindle.The result of calculation proved that the design of fuzzy reliability for the machine tool spindle fit real condition and the calculation of relialitity is more reasonable.
