RMS700监测保护系统的数据管理系统

介绍了一种基于德国飞利浦公司ＲＭＳ７００监测保护系统二次开发而成的计算机数据采集和管理系统。它兼有高速振动数据采集和其他热工数据采集功能，并能实现在线监测及离线分析处理。该系统的核心包括测试信号用快变信号箱、慢变信号箱，高速锁相倍频数据采集板，低速数据采集板以及ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ２５快速ＦＦＴ板等，最终以高可靠Ｉｎｔｅｌ工控机来管理。该系统用户界面友好，菜单简明易操作，已成功地在北京石景山发电厂连续运行将近一年。对该系统稍加改动就可以移植用于管理美国本特利公司的７２００或３３００仪表，或是构成独立的监测系统。在系统中加入故障诊断软件后，也可构成故障诊断系统

Data management system of RMS700 monitoring and protecting system

A computer aided data acquisition and management system twice developed on the basis of Philips RMS700 monitoring and protecting system is introduced. The system has sampling functions of both high speed vibrating data and other thermal parameters. On line monitoring and off line analysis can be achieved. The system includes a fast changed signal box, a slow changed signal box, a double frequency phase locked sampling card for high speed data, a sampling card for low speed data and a TMS320C25 fast FFT card. The whole system is managed by a highly reliable Intel IPC. The system has a hospitable interface and the menu is easy to use. It has been working successfully in Beijing Shijingshan power plant for nearly one year. With slight modification, the system will also be used to manage Bentley 7200 or 3300 instruments, or become an independent monitoring system. When added with the fault diagnosis software, this system can be used as a fault diagnosis system.
