摘    要:研究了抗旱能力不同的春小麦幼苗在干旱和盐分胁迫条件下积累脯氨酸的规律,结果表明:在干旱条件下旱地小麦比水地小麦积累的脯氨酸多,盐胁迫时脯氨酸的增幅因品种而异,小麦幼苗在干旱和盐胁迫条件下积累氨脯酸的机理不同。

Abstract:This paper deals with law of prolneaccumulation under seedling of spring, wheat having different drought resistance, under drought stress, the varietics cultured on dryfield accumulate more proline than the varieties cultured on irrigated field do. under salt strese, the quantity of proline accumulation is different according to the wheat variety. The mechanism of proline accumulation in wheat seedling under salt stress is different from that under drought stress.
