| Abstract: | There are about 1213 species of native seed plants of Dehang region in Hunan. Based on thestatistical analysis to families, genera and some species, the results show that the flor a is rich, the geo-graphical elements are complex and it is the typical case of sutropical. It also shows that Dehang is a part ofthe center of E. Asian elements and it is involved in the formation, evolution and diversity processes of E.Asian flora. Compared with other regions,the flora is much more closely allied to Fanjingshan and Hupin M Tnora. Therefore,the authors think we ought to treat them as a whole when dividing districts for nora and re-gard Dehang as the south boundary of the whole. |
