羊毛生物酶除草杂技术的研究

摘    要:在阐述了酶法除草作用原理的基础上,利用纤维素酶对草杂作用的专一性,在含有草杂的羊毛条中加入纤维素酶,将羊毛条中的植物性草杂除去.研究了酶法除草杂技术,并与炭化法、机械除草法进行了对比.研究结果表明,酶法除草不仅效果好,环保,而且使毛条制成率提高,白度改善.

Abstract:Based on the principle of weeding with enzyme method and employing the uniqueness of the action of cellulose enzyme on the weeds, the plant-type dirt in the wool are eliminated by means of adding cellulose enzyme into the wool strip, so that the technique of elimination of weed-dirt is formulated. It is shown by comparing this method to the carbonization and mechanical methods that the former not only exhibits good effect of elimination and environment protection but also improves the finished stock rate and whiteness of the wool strip.
