| 摘 要： | 酶抑制剂能降低酶活性，但不使酶蛋白变性，包括可逆抑制剂和不可逆抑制剂，其中酶的自杀性底物已成为人类征服各类疾病的有效药物，酶的其他抑制剂也在疾病治疗，新药开发以及农业和畜牧业中都有广泛的应用。

| Abstract: | Enzyme inhibitors can lower the enzymatic activity, while the enzyme protein is not denatured. These inhibitors include irreversible inhibitors and reversible inhibitors. Some of suicide substrates have been effective drugs. The application of enzyme inhibitors to medicine, agriculture and stockbreeding is broad. |
