试论北宋神宗时期经济重心的南移

在北宋熙宁、元丰年间，南方相对于北方，在人口数量分布、人才质量分布、农业及其相关产业的发展水平、持续稳定发展趋势、对国家经济政治的影响方面，均已显示出较大优势。而国家对南方的依赖，已深深体现在国家的政策制定上。虽然此时北方的开封、洛阳等重要城市还是全国的经济、政治、文化中心，但南方作为经济重心的作用已不容否认，我国经济重心南移的确切时间应在北宋神宗统治时期。

On Economy Lifeline Shift in the Rein of Emperor Shen-zong of Dynasty Northern Song

Compared with the North, the South of China had such supremacies as population quantity and talents, agriculture and the relative industries, tendency to develop sustainably and stably, and the impacts on the national economy and politic in the rein of Em- peror Xi＇ ning and Yuanfeng. The national dependence on the South was fully embodied when the ruler formulated policies. Although such important cities as Kaifeng and Luoyang were still the national center of economy, politic and culture, the South was the economy lifeline, which should not be paid no attention to. Chinese ancient economy emphasis shift from the North to South was conducted exactly in the rein of Emperor Shen - zong of Dynasty Northern Song.
