| 摘 要： | 区域创新网络(RIN)中的共性技术的投入情况直接决定着区域的整体创新能力.为了分析存在RIN的区域内厂商在共性技术投资上的特点,该文建立了一个RIN内共性技术的投资模型.通过模型分析得出了一个新的结论:在完全市场化的投资机制下,RIN反而会拉低区域内共性技术的投资水平,使得存在RIN的区域在共性技术投资方面的缺口,比不存在RIN的区域的缺口更大,虽然存在RIN的区域,共性技术的总体效用更大.

| Abstract: | The state of the commonness technique investment in the Regional Innovation Networks (RIN) directly decides the whole Regional Innovation ability. In order to analyze the characteristics of the commonness technique investment made by the manufacturers in the RIN, this article establishes an investment model in the RIN. After analyzing the model, this article puts forward a new conclusion that under the entire market investment mechanism, RIN can reduce the commonness technique investment level in the region,which makes the gap of the region with the RIN in the aspect of the commonness technique investment bigger than the gap of the region without the RIN, and the whole practical effect of the commonness technique is much greater in the regions with RIN. |
