钛合金材料超高速磨削湿式温度场的有限元仿真

摘    要:在磨削工艺实验的基础上,运用有限元方法对钛合金超高速磨削湿式温度场进行了仿真, 分析计算了超高速磨削状态下钛合金磨削区的磨削热分配率.从而得出了钛合金主要磨削参数对湿式磨削温度场的影响趋势.

Abstract:Based on grinding process experiment, Finite Element simulation of wet-type grinding temperature field in super-high speed grinding of Titanium alloy was made and the grinding heat partitions was analyzed.The effects of the grinding process parameters on the wet-type grinding temperature field were obtained.
